Wk8 T1 Weekly Post    March 19 2020 Hola This week has been a good week so far on Monday we did lawn bowls it was St Patrick's day on Wednesday Chapter challenge has been amazing the book is fantastic!!! Swimming Canterbury's has been postponed to somewhere in October so I don't have to stress about It. Lawn Bowls This week at lawn bowls there were heaps of activities she had set up for us. The first activity I did was when we were trying to knock one of those big tennis balls out of the hula hoop. I knocked it out once it was kind of hard to know how much power to put into the bowl. My favorite activity though was when there was a ramp with a  bunch of holes that had numbers above them the highest being 100 I didn't quite get 100 but I only got fifty points. Next week on Monday we are going to an actual bowls club. St Patricks Day For a fundraiser for Caritas, we all dressed up in green and were told to bring in a gold coin donation. Bryn's chemical reaction What you need/equipment -baking soda -vinegar  -x2 plastic cups  -washing powder -water -food coloring (optional) -1/4 of a teespoon Step 1.1/4 of a tespoon of baking soda in one of the cups. (put the food coloring in the baking soda and stir it  if your using food coloring) Step 2. Now pour a little bit of vinagar in. Step 3. Put a quarter of a teaspoon of washing powder in the other cup. Step 4. Now put water too the washing powder (optional) Step 5. Have a play round with it and mix some stuff around

Fictional Character Day 2020

 Fri 4th Dec Hello  Last week we had a fictional character day at shcool where we all dress up as a character from a book or movie. I dressed up as Mr Wrong from the Mr Men books. I wore odd socks odd shoes a red top with a smiley face and a flower pot for a hat. It was really cool I hope we get to do it again. Thanks  Bryn
