Weekly Update 24 May Hello Yesterday we played rugby for winter sport much nicer than last week though. The weather was fantastic, sunshine and no wind. Our first game was against St Martins school they were tough but we bet them. The only reason we bet them is because our players are quick and they made a few sneaky runs. The second game was just as hard we versed Addington. They had one quick guy who was really good at stepping he made some quick runs to the try line. Still we bet them because we tackled well and ripped the ball. And got it out to the fast people and they found the gaps and ran for it. So winter sport was really good. In Religious education we have been learning about Mary the mother of Jesus. We had to record a couple of sentences of each of the important events in Mary's life in buddy's. After we finished that we did this fun activity about art history. Where we searched up a famous painting of each of the important events in Mary's life. I did a

Friday 17 May Weekly Update Hello today is Pink Shirt day so we all have to wear a pink shirt or regular sports gear. We have pink shirt day to stand up to bullies and stop it. But also because a kid came to school wearing a pink shirt and got bullied for it so now it's a really big thing. Anyway yesterday we played winter sport and I played rugby but it's rapid rugby so its a smaller field and no line outs or scrums just tap and pass. We won both games but the second one was a closer game than the first one. It got really cold while waiting on the sideline so we built a wind breaker out of bags so that warmed us up a bit but then the rain came and we got drenched so really it was pretty miserable.
